Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is simplicity itself. Just browse our categories, and click on any items that you wish to buy and they will automatically be inserted into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to checkout your order. The page will then be redirected to our Secure Transaction page to complete your card order in complete security.
 
We accept Visa, Switch, MasterCard and Solo
Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 working days without reason. In the case of goods, the 14 days start from the day after the goods are received. Please refer to our Returns Policy shown below for full information about your rights to cancel and/or return.
 
Delivery and Handling
We believe that ordering online should be as painless as possible – therefore we do not charge your credit card until goods are loaded onto our delivery vehicle and you have been contacted to ensure delivery date and time is at your convenience.  
  • All goods must be inspected for content, defects and damage at the time of delivery.
  • Claims for damaged goods may not be accepted after the goods have been signed for by the customer. In the event that the delivery is made by a third party such as a carrier, notification must be made to the carrier immediately and to us within 7 days.
  • Claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted once the Goods have been used. 
N.B.  Orders from customers in Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland will, in most cases, be subject to an additional shipping and handling fee, information available by calling 0844 8841111.
 
Delivery Schedule
Most items are normally delivered by our own drivers within 48 hours subject to the product being in stock.
 
Credit Card Security
When shopping at www.diningsolutionsdirect.com you can be safe in the knowledge that your credit card transactions are secure. All transactions on this site are personally entered by our cashiers after dispatch. If you are still concerned about the security of issuing your card details online then it is possible to pay by alternative methods: you can send us your order online and we will ring you to take your credit card details, or you may Fax us with the order - whichever you are happy with.
 
Our Taste Guarantee
All our items also carry our taste guarantee should you be dissatisfied with any dining solutions direct.com product we will exchange it for another Dining Solutions Direct.com product of your choice subject to the following conditions ~claim within 14 days of purchase ~no more than 2 portions can be removed from box. ~ the remaining portions to be in their original frozen state.
 
Our Quality Guarantee
Should any of our products be faulty we will refund or exchange the product.
 
Tracability
 Our food and wine is fully traceable from source to our approval packaging facilities and then through to our network of offices and distributors before the final delivery to your table. Our products are all packed to HACCAP standards.

Dining Solutions Direct.com keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Information from emails and the information you give us at the time of ordering is stored both physically and electronically by ourselves. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell, pass on or disclose details of customers to any other parties. With the exception of order status reports, we do not currently make unsolicited contact with customers before or after they have placed an order. Information is retained electronically in order to supply a better service to our returning customers. Customer Cancellation Policy
At Dining Solutions Direct.com all our website & mail order customers have an unconditional 14 day period to change their minds (14 days from the date of purchase) this is not connected to the consumers right to reject the goods under the Sale of Goods Act.
 
Returns Policy
Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 working days without reason, the 14 days starting from the day after the goods are received. If a customer intends to make a return they must contact us in writing or by calling customer services on 0844 8841111 or by e-mail to info@diningsolutionsdirect.com It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery, and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavour to replace any faulty goods as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
 
Pricing Errors
If an item has been priced incorrectly on the website, Dining Solutions Direct.com are not honour bound to sell at that price.
 
Complaints Procedure
Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. A likely timescale for resolving the dispute will be determined and the consumer will be kept informed about progress. The complaints procedure is open to review to ensure that it is working well.
