Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

Ingredients:

100ml soy sauce
45g sliced green onions
50g packed brown sugar
5.5 garlic cloves, minced
0.4g ground ginger
0.5g pepper
4 Dining Solutions Rib Eye Steaks
 
Preparation Method:

  1. combine the soy sauce, onions, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the Dining Solutions Rib Eye Steaks and the marinade to a large re-sealable plastic bag, seal the bag and turn to coat the steaks, place in the fridge overnight (or for about 8hrs).
  3. In the morning remove the steaks and discard the remaining marinade.
  4. Grill the steaks, uncovered over a medium high heat until the meat reaches the desired doneness.
