Ingredients:

50ml vegetable oil
680g Dining Solutions Cod Fillets
1 lemon (juiced)
ground black pepper to taste
 
Preparation Method:

  1. Place some oil in a large skillet and heat over a medium high heat until hot.
  2. Add the Dining Solutions Fillets and squeeze half of the lemon juice over the tops, sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes and turn.
  4. Squeeze the remaining lemon juice over and sprinkle with a little more pepper to taste.
  5. Continue to cook until the fillets flake easily with a fork, now relax and enjoy!
