Cod in a Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

2 (6oz) Dining Solutions Cod Fillets
220ml tomato Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 potatoes peeled and finely sliced

Preparation Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Place the Dining Solutions fish fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the tomato sauce over the fillets and layer the finely sliced potatoes on top. 
  4. Add a little more salt and pepper to season. 
  5. Loosely cover the dish in foil. 
  6. Place in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
